30-Day Return Policy
At Kynndhrt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixtures. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.
- Items must not have been installed or altered in any way.
- Original proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
- Custom or special-order items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Initiate Your Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kynndhrt.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Package Your Item(s)
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Kynndhrt is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@kynndhrt.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Do not attempt to install damaged or defective items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Kynndhrt will cover the return shipping expenses.
