Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and applicable tax requirements.
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase is required for free standard shipping.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before an order is submitted.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available through our checkout at the time of purchase.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment service providers. Kynndhrt LLC does not store complete payment card numbers on its own systems.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to verify order information and to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, payment authorization issues, shipping limitations, or technical errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
For standard products, cancellation requests may be submitted within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not already shipped or entered a stage of fulfillment where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
Once the applicable cancellation period has expired or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@kynndhrt.com and must include a valid order number.
Custom-made, customized, modified, or made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production or customization has begun. Any applicable cancellation limitations for these products will take precedence over the standard cancellation window.
Shipping and Delivery
Kynndhrt LLC currently ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We provide free standard shipping on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Standard transit time is generally 5-10 business days after processing, with estimated total delivery time generally ranging from 6-13 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Return eligibility, return deadlines, product condition requirements, return shipping responsibilities, damaged or defective item procedures, and refund processing requirements are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on our website.
Products that have been installed, wired, mounted, altered, or modified are not eligible for return except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Limited Warranty
Kynndhrt lighting fixtures are covered by a minimum 2-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to applicable warranty terms, exclusions, and product-specific conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidents, or external causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service. Please contact us at info@kynndhrt.com if you believe your product has a qualifying manufacturing defect.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content owned or lawfully used by Kynndhrt LLC, including applicable text, graphics, logos, page layouts, photographs, illustrations, and other original website materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
