Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product availability, processing time, and carrier delays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to all orders under $100 USD.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $100 USD or more.
  • Expedited Shipping: Shipping costs for expedited service are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

International Shipping

Kynndhrt proudly offers international shipping to select countries. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times vary significantly by destination and can range from 10-20 business days. These estimates do not include potential delays due to customs processing.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain larger items. A physical address is required for all orders.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kynndhrt.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. Please note that investigations can take several business days.
